HEALING JOURNEY
10 days retreat to activate your deep healing journey and personal positive transformation.
This unique retreat is fusing Chakradance (movement therapy modality rooted in Jungian psychology) with added M-A-D (Music Art & Dance) explorations and personalised Reiki, EFT & sacral cranial sessions.
The retreat is held in a small group (6 people max) at a serene location in Spain, nestled in a picturesque mountain setting of Andalusia.
Each day you will be exploring different chakras connected to direct aspects of your life and balancing them through music, dance, meditative and creative practices.
Every time we try and balance our chakras, we heal a little. We heal the next layer that has been unresolved, unprocessed, unexpressed. With each Chakradance we change our vibrational frequency. As our frequency changes, we begin to attract in a new vibrational matches.

DAY 4 Sacral Chakra – Flow with Passion and Pleasure
DAY 5 Solar Plexus chakra – Ingite Your Power and Purpose
DAY 6 Heart Chakra – Open to Profound Love and Freedom
DAY 7 Throat Chakra – Express Your Unique Vibration and Creativity
DAY 8 Third Eye Chakra – Manifest Your Dreams to Reality
DAY 9 Crown Chakra – Deepen Your Soul Connection
DAY 10 Integration – Becoming Whole
Morning mantra dance meditative sessions are by or in the infinity pool with a stunning mountain views.
Main Chakradance workshops are held in candle lit indoor space and consist of guided meditative practices, dance part and creating mandala art.
Individual Reiki, EFT or Tuning Forks sessions are on request in time agreed.
Evening creative or meditative sessions and most meals are to be hosted on one of the outdoor terraces.
TYPICAL DAY
8.30 am breakfast
9.30 am – 10 am mantra dance & meditation
10 am – 1pm private time
1 pm – 1.30 pm lunch
2 pm – 3.30 pm Chakradance workshop
3.30 pm – 7 pm siesta, time for extra treatments
7 pm – 7.30 pm dinner
8 pm – 8.30 pm Music – Art – Dance explorations: creative and deep listening sessions, yoga Nidra, releasing dancing practices.
Our retreats in Yunquera are designed to bring you deep healing and personal transformation while you can also relax and integrate your experiences. There is plenty of space and time between the workshops to relax and unwind. You can arrange Reiki or EFT treatment in your siesta time. We are also keen to take you for local explorations in the nature. All activities are optional and there is no pressure to fit into programme.
Aside from chakra resonated music, there will be carefully curated tunes waved in the days routines, helping you to keep in a high vibration and uplifted mood. Through out the retreat days you will be encouraged to pour your feelings, visions and insights into your journal and be open to your innate creative talents flowing through you during and after the retreat time.
