The music of this chakra is of such a high frequency as to be almost transcendental in nature. The crown chakra resonates energetically with the highest end of the colour spectrum, which we tend to perceive as a violet hue. In Chakradance, the music and movement are used together as a way of entering into the highest meditative state. Throughout this dance, we attune our minds to a single ideal such as spiritual oneness. Through surrendering to this ideal it is possible to expand the boundaries of the mind, which can lead to varying degrees of spiritual awakening.

Using sacred dance, and music of the highest and most spiritual frequency, we can begin to open up to the magical possibilities of the crown. Surrendering to this dance can provide glimpses into the unknown mysteries of our own being. Chakradance uses music and dance to guide us into a moving meditation.
