DEEP LISTENING MUSIC SESSIONS

The deep listening music sessions are an invitation for you to relax, be in a moment, awaken your senses and experience the harmony that emerges from deep within. You will be lifted into relaxation state by meditative music combined with healing sounds.

It is not your typical sound bath. The music sets are curated from jazz, ambient, minimal. We mix in also chakra resonate music and healing sounds to clear energy and to balance the frequency. bowls and chimes, tuning forks Occasionally there will be live musicians performing along. Each session starts and finishes with a short guided meditation.
