Do you have a clear vision for your dream life? Or maybe you need a higher guidance in your life or change of perspective?

Join this hypnotic dance session and receive divine solutions and healing to any problems in your life, so you can envision the life you desire. Expand your intuitive abilities and raise your own vibration beyond an earthbound frequency to see life (and others) from a higher perspective. Envision the life you desire and dance your dreams into reality.

The third eye has no boundaries and in Chakradance we have developed a way to step safely into this open space, entering a deep meditative state as we focus our attention on the third eye chakra and its vibrational colour of indigo. You drift into your own visual universe of images, colours, and insights. In this dream-like state, you may begin to receive signs, symbols or images that can offer illuminating insight and guidance.

The third eye is also the storehouse of all memories; therefore, you can experience the past as the present by recalling a memory and embodying the feelings of this image. By calling up a joyful memory and allowing the associated energy to be manifested through movement you can re-experience the joy, which is healing for the physical body. Alternatively, painful memories, which have been trapped in the body, can be liberated through dance, fulfilling an integral part of the healing process. Often this healing process happens organically in the dance, without the need for any conscious pro-activity in searching through your memory bank.

As you loose yourself into trance dance, became like an empty vessel, open yourself to receive the insights and grace of the spirit. Feel your vision expanding, feel time and space drift away.

Live Workshop, duration – 80 mins

Location: London, SE25 4DT

The session starts with a short meditation, followed by introduction to the theme. Then I will guide you into slow moving meditation leading to the main dance. Through the guided visualisations and music resonating with particular chakra, you will be immersed in a meditative state. You may find yourself on the memory lane or you could tap into unconsciousness, or touch on some repressed emotions, which need releasing, healing. We dance with our eyes closed, in a darkened room. Spontaneous movement. Shaking off stagnant energy, limiting beliefs, old wounds. After the dance we sit to draw mandala art. This creative exercise is a form of integration, expression of the energy you just danced. It doesn’t matter if you can’t draw – it’s what your mandala represents that is important. In the end there is always a bit of time for sharing and a closing meditation.
