Awakened Dreamer – Third Eye Chakra

Ajna, the third eye chakra, is the home of our sixth sense and it helps us with our intuition and psychic abilities – natural talents that are innate to all of us.  Activating the third eye chakra opens us to higher levels of perception and allows us to gain a greater command of life through the use of our imagination.

During time of the workshop you will be connecting to and activating this energy centre by embodying Awaken Dreamer, archetype of healthy third eye chakra. You will be lifted up into ecstatic and altered states of consciousness through trance-dance. This is the dance of the intuitive mind. You will drift into your own visual universe of images, colours, and insights, achieving a deeply meditative state. In this dream-like state, you may begin to receive signs, symbols or images that can offer illuminating insight and guidance. This is experienced as a deep inner knowing which can strengthen your ability to trust intuition.

A week long e-course, with a set of guided materials (3 part ritual) to experience at your own pace and place. Other materials include an activation meditation to incorporate in your daily routine and self reflection exercise. During the time of the workshop I will be connecting and guiding you via a private Facebook group, with more videos and content. There will also be a live catch up via Zoom call at the end of the week, with closing meditation.
