Guided by masculine symbols of Sun, fire and Warrior archetype, we enter into a strong, definite and purposeful dance. As the solar energy is stimulated, an inner confidence and determination emerges, and we can rediscover our own unique individuality. While in this dance men explore their masculine qualities, women engage with their ‘animus’, a term used by Jung to describe the inner masculine within women. For both sexes working with this energy strengthens our rational and analytical abilities, whilst igniting our inner warrior qualities. Through this dynamic nature of this dance, the solar energy ignites, and the inner warrior emerges.

A balanced solar plexus chakra enables us to move through life with genuine confidence and self-esteem. 

Live Workshop, duration – 80 mins

Location: London, SE25 4DT

The session starts with a short meditation, followed by introduction to the theme. Then I will guide you into slow moving meditation leading to the main dance. Through the guided visualisations and music resonating with particular chakra, you will be immersed in a meditative state. You may find yourself on the memory lane or you could tap into unconsciousness, or touch on some repressed emotions, which need releasing, healing. We dance with our eyes closed, in a darkened room. Spontaneous movement. Shaking off stagnant energy, limiting beliefs, old wounds. After the dance we sit to draw mandala art. This creative exercise is a form of integration, expression of the energy you just danced. It doesn’t matter if you can’t draw – it’s what your mandala represents that is important. In the end there is always a bit of time for sharing and a closing meditation.
