Start your week with the meditative session to ground, boost your energy and have clear focus. You will be invited to explore meditation, releasing somatic practices, different breath work techniques.
Session starts in the circle with guided meditation. After we have short introductions or recap and then I will guide you into somatic release exercises, infused with great music. Each time we will explore different styles: meditation in motion, chakradance, shaking, dancing with elements, and mantra dance, … After movement part we will settle with breath work and closing meditation.
The series are designed to support your wellbeing and give you tools to start balancing your energy and activate your personal transformation. You will be introduced to various meditative, somatic and breathing techniques which you can practice later on your own.
Expect great music, cup of tea and friendly atmosphere.
