Now that you’ve danced your way through each of your chakras, it’s time to take stock of all you’ve learned through your personal transformation process.

In this final workshop you will integrate your entire energy system and reflect on your potent and powerful lessons and healing. You will bring your learning full circle by deeply evaluating what you’ve learned over your Chakradance journey, again diving in a 3-part ritual, bit different this time.

Prepare your journal and get out all of your mandalas as they will be included in the ritual. You will also receive a Reflection Meditation so you can contemplate on your 9 months journey.

This workshop is only available for 9 -part cycle as an Integration.
