M-A-D FRIDAY

Finish your working week with a dynamic dancing session to release any stress, stuck energy and launch into weekend with the good vibes. You will be invited to explore different movement practices along meditation and breath work techniques.

Session starts with a music infused meditation and following with breath work. I will guide you then into somatic release exercises starting from meditation in motion, following with shaking  and into free flow dance. We finish the session with a grounding meditation. 

The series are designed to support your wellbeing and give you tools to start balancing your energy and activate your personal transformation. You will be introduced to various meditative, somatic and breathing techniques which you can practice later on your own.

Expect great music, refreshments and friendly atmosphere.

 

 

Sessions are run in small group settings, up to 6 people.
