FREEDOM – INTEGRATION

This final session of Freedom cycle is about bringing into view a unified picture of your whole chakra system. Just as each musician is individually important in an orchestra, the magic truly happens when they play harmoniously together.

This week is a dance of integration and balance. It is the dance of wholeness.

Most of us tend to get stuck in patterns, rhythms, and habits; we find ourselves over-using some chakras, while others become more dormant and weaker. Becoming mindful of our energy dances gives us the opportunity to consciously bring our system into balance.

This dance of wholeness is about firstly becoming aware of your energy movements and then consciously creating a dance that brings balance to your chakras. 

This workshop is only available for 9 -part cycle as an Integration.
